Notes

'Green Sheen' Japanese pachysandra (Pachysandra terminalis 'Green Sheen') is a perennial for ground cover, foundation plantings, borders, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to moist soil of most types. It is evergreen and creeping, and it slowly spreads to 12 to 18 inches wide. Bees visit the fragrant blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Aureola Japanese forest grass, Lady fern, and Rozanne crane's-bill.
