Notes
'Greta' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Greta') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and fragrant summer color. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. Its orange-red blooms open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Arris P.J. de Ridder bred it.
Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Chocolate cosmos, and Society garlic.
