Notes

'Greuze' tulip (Tulipa 'Greuze') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It bears violet blooms from early to late spring. Plants reach 12 to 24 inches tall, so they suit the front or middle of a bed.

Pairs well with Dordogne tulip, Queen of Night tulip, and Fringed bleeding heart.
