Notes
'G.F. Händel' greater snowdrop (Galanthus elwesii 'G.F. Händel') is a bulb for borders, rock gardens, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, clay soil. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It forms a clump about 4 inches tall with white flowers that bees visit. L.J.C. Schoorl bred it.
Pairs well with Star magnolia, Golden Tiara hosta, and Black Parrot tulip.
