Notes

'Heavenly Masterpiece' peony (Paeonia 'Heavenly Masterpiece') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, semi-double flowers are peach or seashell-pink, and the early leaves start burgundy before they turn green. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Roger F. Anderson bred it.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Blue Muffin arrowwood viburnum.
