Notes

'Honey ‘n Cream' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Honey ‘n Cream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant white blooms have a ring of cream guard petals around a honey-yellow center of stamenoides. The flowers make no pollen, and the stems are strong enough to hold the large blooms upright. Plants reach about 31 inches tall.

Pairs well with Sweet William, Sensitive fern, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Black Parrot tulip.
