Notes

'Hoosier Heritage' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Hoosier Heritage') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Large deep pink blooms open in early summer on stems about 40 inches tall. The clean, medium green foliage looks good all season. R.H. Jones bred it.

Pairs well with Scentara Double Blue lilac, Cinnamon fern, and Ageratum.
