Notes

'Hyde Hall' clematis (Clematis 'Hyde Hall') is a vine for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. White flowers with pink anthers open in spring, summer, and autumn, and bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit them. Poulsen Roser A/S introduced it in 2004.

Pairs well with Peony, Stairway to Heaven iris, Vintage Wine spotted beebalm, and Little bluestem.
