Notes
'Illinois Everbearing' red mulberry (Morus 'Illinois Everbearing') is a tree for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. It is grown for sweet, seedless fruit that ripens over much of the summer. Young plants start fruiting early, and the tree is self-fertile, so you need only one. It typically grows 15 to 20 feet tall.
Pairs well with Golden Delicious apple, Raspberry, and Anglojap yew.
