Notes

White mulberry (Morus alba) is a tree for low maintenance landscapes, food gardens, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and forms a rounded shape. The tiny yellowish-green flowers open in spring, summer, and autumn, and the fruit draws birds. It also handles dry spells well.

Pairs well with Golden Delicious apple, Chokeberry, Sweet woodruff, and Cheyenne Spirit echinacea.
