Notes

'Imperial Lemon' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Imperial Lemon') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the fragrant blooms, and the plant also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Caradonna sage, Moonshine yarrow, and Lady's mantle.
