Notes

'Inca Deity' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Inca Deity') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, white, semi-double flowers open early and last well in a vase. Pure white petals surround a center of stamens and a few white plumes. The strong, medium-height stems carry light green leaves.

Pairs well with Switchgrass, Blazing star, and Stargazer lily.
