Notes

Indian shot (Canna indica) is a bulb for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Bright red or orange flowers with a yellow lip open in autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms, and the clumps can reach well over 6 feet tall.

Pairs well with Pineapple sage, Bishop of Llandaff dahlia, and Lemon Grass lemongrass.
