Notes

'Italian Ice' rose (Rosa 'Italian Ice') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright plant stays under 24 inches tall and has dark green leaves. Fragrant yellow blend flowers open in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn, and bees visit them. Christopher H. Warner bred it.

Pairs well with Karl Rosenfield peony, Gladiator ornamental onion, and Ruby Spice sweet pepperbush.
