Notes

'Itasca' grape (Vitis 'Itasca') is a vine for low maintenance and xeriscape use. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and most soil types. It can reach 15 to 20 feet tall, so give it a sturdy support. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Rouge Cardinal clematis, Weigela, and Blue grama.
