Notes

'Ivory Atlas' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Ivory Atlas') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Roy G. Klehm bred it. The white, fragrant flowers open in early to mid spring and have a cupped shape with a double row of guard petals. Thick, strong stems hold the blooms upright on plants up to 35 inches tall.

Pairs well with Cinnamon fern, Orange lily, and Winterberry.
