Notes

'Jade Star' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Jade Star') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The fragrant purple blooms have a green throat and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Blonde Ambition blue grama, Royal Standard hosta, and Picture tulip.
