Notes

'Joan Fontaine' rose (Rosa 'Joan Fontaine') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant, fully double flowers open from pale pink buds and age to creamy white with an amber pink center. Plants bloom constantly from June until frost, and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Lily, and Johnny jump up.
