Notes

'Joyful Pink' peony (Paeonia 'Joyful Pink') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant pink flowers deepen in color toward the center and attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Roy G. Klehm bred it in 2000.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Praying Hands hosta, and Little bluestem.
