Notes

'Julia Child' rose (Rosa 'Julia Child') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The golden yellow blooms have a scent of anise and licorice. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers, and the plant reblooms in waves. Thomas F. Carruth bred it in 2005.

Pairs well with Standing Ovation little bluestem, Niobe clematis, and Lily.
