'Jumbo' peony (Paeonia 'Jumbo') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Its fragrant double flowers are a dull deep pink and attract butterflies and bees. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Curly Fries hosta, Bobo hydrangea, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Sedge.
