Notes

'June Bride' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'June Bride') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flower gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Pure white, fragrant blooms open in late spring to early summer and may show a faint pink blush. The long, stiff stems and dark green leaves make it a good cut flower. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it.

Pairs well with Lungwort, Switchgrass, and Stargazer lily.
