Notes

Juno iris (Iris bucharica) is a bulb for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Its fragrant flowers open in early to late spring in golden yellow to almost white. The glossy green leaves have whitish margins. Tubergen introduced it in 1901.

Pairs well with Autumn fern, Little brown jug, and Bridal wreath spiraea.
