Notes

'Alaska' iris (Iris 'Alaska') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. It grows about 33 inches tall with white flowers in early to late spring and early to late summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Juno bred it.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, David garden phlox, and Feather reed grass.
