Notes

'Kanegem' rose (Rosa 'Kanegem') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub has dark green leaves and orange-red blooms that open in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. RVS Rijksstation voor Sierplantenteelt bred it, and it was introduced in 1985.

Pairs well with Mock orange, Stargazer lily, The President clematis, and Fragrant Bouquet hosta.
