Notes

'Kathryn E. Manuel' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kathryn E. Manuel') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. J. H. Phillips bred it as a seedling of 'Krinkled White'. It blooms early with white flowers that carry pink tints, and the tints do not fade. The medium stems stand up well.

Pairs well with Nepeta, Pink Impression tulip, Sensitive fern, and Pincushion flower.
