Notes
'Kelway’s Venus' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kelway’s Venus') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers are flesh pink with shades of salmon and look delicate. Strong stems hold them up well, and the plant is a strong grower.
Pairs well with Lupine, Sedge, and Creeping phlox.
