Notes

'Kent' sweet marjoram (Origanum majorana 'Kent') is an herb for borders, containers, and food gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It forms a fragrant mound and blooms from early to late summer, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Ellagance Purple lavender, Green milkweed, and Shishito shishito pepper.
