Notes

'Kimberley' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kimberley') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double, rose-pink blooms have a high crowned bomb shape. They open early, so you get color before many other peonies. John Franklin Styer bred it in 1968.

Pairs well with Cheerfulness daffodil, Limelight hydrangea, and Sedge.
