Notes

'KimSue' peony (Paeonia 'KimSue') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Large, fragrant, creamy mauve blooms open early in peony season, one per stem. The foliage holds up well into summer.

Pairs well with Liberty hosta, Switchgrass, and Nodding onion.
