Notes

'Lady Beresford' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lady Beresford') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The anemone-type blooms have bright rose-pink outer petals, a collar of creamy white petaloids, and deep crimson edges. They are sweetly fragrant and open from mid to late spring into early summer. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with Purrsian Blue nepeta, Queen of Night tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
