Notes

'Lady Emily' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lady Emily') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, double flowers are light rose pink with yellow stamens mixed in among the loose petals. They are faintly fragrant and appear in clusters from mid to late spring into early summer. Sarah A. Pleas bred it.

Pairs well with Purrsian Blue nepeta, Immortality iris, and Queen of Night tulip.
