Notes

'Lagodekhi Sunrise' peony (Paeonia 'Lagodekhi Sunrise') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows 18 inches tall and needs no support. Its new leaves emerge copper, and the light red flowers fade to yellow as they age.

Pairs well with Fire Island hosta, Nodding onion, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
