Notes

'Lambada' tulip (Tulipa 'Lambada') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Dark pink-red blooms open from early to late spring on plants 12 to 24 inches tall. W. van Lierop & Zn. B.V. bred it.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Ice Follies daffodil, and Fanal astilbe.
