Notes

'Lamia' rose (Rosa 'Lamia') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant orange-red blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Walter Easlea, Jr bred it in 1918.

Pairs well with Purple top, Society garlic, and Sasanqua camellia.
