Notes

'Lararium' peony (Paeonia 'Lararium') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its fragrant, pink, semi-double flowers have ruffled, frilled guard petals and face upward. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The plant stands upright, so it needs no support.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Bobo hydrangea, Sedge, and Picture tulip.
