Notes
'Late Loveliness' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Late Loveliness') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The buds are faint pink and open to pure white flowers of neat shape. It blooms late, after other peonies have faded. Miss Mary Eliza Blacklock bred it.
Pairs well with Francee hosta, Black Parrot tulip, and Sensitive fern.
