'Laura '81' rose (Rosa 'Laura '81') is a shrub for borders, cutting gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). The arching plant grows about 35 to 51 inches tall and has dark green leaves. Its fragrant orange-red blooms open in late spring, then return from early to late summer and into early autumn. Meilland Et Cie introduced it in 1985.
