Notes

'Leonardo da Vinci' rose (Rosa 'Leonardo da Vinci') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. Large clusters of cupped, quartered, medium pink flowers are packed with petals and have a mild tea fragrance. Alain A. Meilland bred it in 1994, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with False indigo, Royal Purple smoketree, and The President clematis.
