Notes
'Linen' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Linen') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It grows fast and stays erect, and the pink and peach blooms open in summer and again in autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Cosmic Orange cosmos, Gummy Bear sunflower, and Red fescue.
