Notes

'Lingerie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lingerie') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double blush pink blooms form a ball about 7 inches across, with a light red garnish near the center. Each stem carries only one bud, and stem strength is fair, so you may want to stake the tall stems. Granville L. Hall bred it.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Miss Kim lilac, and Queen of Night tulip.
