Notes
'Lingyuxianrui' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Lingyuxianrui') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Dark purple double flowers open in late spring and have a fragrance. Plants reach about 79 inches tall with an upright habit, so they need no support.
Pairs well with Blue star, Blue grama, and Bottlebrush buckeye.
