Notes
'Macha Méril' rose (Rosa 'Macha Méril') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows upright to about 31 to 39 inches tall with glossy, dark green, dense foliage. The red blend blooms are fragrant and attract bees, and they appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn.
Pairs well with Quick Fire panicle hydrangea, The President clematis, and Buckeye Belle peony.
