Notes

'Maigold' rose (Rosa 'Maigold') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant flowers draw butterflies and bees. Reimer Kordes bred it in 1953. It grows about 7 feet tall and wide, so give it room.

Pairs well with Downy clematis, Catmint, and Ornamental onion.
