Notes
'Majestic' lilyturf (Liriope muscari 'Majestic') is a perennial for borders, ground cover, shade gardens, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a clumping mound 12 to 18 inches tall and wide, and it blooms in early to late summer and early autumn. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The leaves stay green all year, and the plant tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Coralbells, Japanese forest grass, Endless Summer hydrangea, and Autumn fern.
