Notes

'Major' cushion spurge (Euphorbia epithymoides 'Major') is a perennial for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It forms a clumping mound and grows at a moderate rate. Blooms appear from early to late spring, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Black Parrot tulip, and Shirley Temple peony.
