Notes

'Maria Stern' rose (Rosa 'Maria Stern') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It has fragrant orange blooms in spring, summer, and autumn. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. The Brownell Family bred it in 1969.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Casa Blanca lily, and Clematis.
