'Marshmallow Puff' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Marshmallow Puff') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its pure white, fully double flowers open in early summer on strong stems. The plants stay well proportioned and have nice foliage. Roy G. Klehm bred it.
Pairs well with Goldsturm black-eyed Susan, Stargazer lily, and Cinnamon fern.
