Notes

'Martina' yarrow (Achillea 'Martina') is a perennial for borders and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and bears yellow blooms in summer and again in autumn. Butterflies and birds visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Alexander Fleming peony, and Love-in-a-mist.
