Notes

'May Delight' peony (Paeonia 'May Delight') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, single, coral-pink blooms are fragrant and attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Patriot hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
